This login should only be used by users who have XSM credential associated with their Workplace Cloud user account. This means the user created an XSM-connected company account or updated the XSM credentials on an existing XSM-Connected company account.

All other users must login using a Workplace Cloud credentials.

Login Using XSM Credentials

Enter your XSM username and password that are associated to your Workplace Cloud user account. If you do not have a Workplace Cloud user account or XSM user account, you should use the Workplace Cloud login instead.

NOTE: if the credentials entered below are reported as incorrect, and you believe them to entered correctly, please attempt to log in to XSM and verify. There are a number of reasons XSM would report the credentials as invalid including expired password, that are only handled from within XSM.
